New Elf on the Shelf idea: Oh our kids loved this new idea! And of course, like many of the others, it was SUPER easy, too! 

I wasn’t sure if my husband would cooperate, but he was a surprisingly good sport about getting his toe nails painted. He then put socks on and when the kids tracked him down in the morning he had so much fun toying with them. They finally got him to remove his socks and he was SO surprised to see what Elf had done!
